Collaborate closely with local HR teams to ensure seamless transitions during contract signing and onboarding processes. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and market benchmarks for key roles. Engage and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary. Prepare and deliver recruitment reports on a weekly and quarterly basis for both local and regional teams. Continuously enhance and innovate sourcing strategies to improve recruitment outcomes. Support additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager or Team Lead. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Experience as recruitment 8-10 years, preferable from financial institution (fintech, multi-finance, banking). Candidates with prior HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience would be highly preferred. Knowledge of and proficiency with ATS and reporting dashboard (Excel or other tools) is most preferred Disciplined, focused, best practices oriented recruiting professional with a passion for the recruiting profession Ability to succeed independently, while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork keeping in mind the best interest of the team and the company Flexible and adaptable; self-starter, able to work within ambiguity at times Proven track record of being able to execute at a detailed level Show more Show less
