The Day-To-Day Activities Sales Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Postpaid, Prepaid, Devices, and Broadband services. Analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve store performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights. Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Address any employee concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized. Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Administrative Tasks: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Manage store expenses and budgets. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. About You Diploma/Degree or equivalent industry experience. 3-5 years in sales or customer service (telecom preferred). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Problem-solver with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Team player who supports branch goals. Tech-savvy (CRM, POS systems, Microsoft Office).
