Job Description:Details of the Division and Team:The Branch Operations Operator is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. Collate OPE fees from the relevant team.Prepare and distribute invoice to all client by 10th Business Days of the month and CSDR penalty upon receive invoice from AgentProcess receipt of invoice payment received via Online bankingProcess receipt of invoice payment received in Customer Suspense Payable accountTag and process invoice payment received via NostroProcess invoice payment based on client's Standing InstructionPrepare Outstanding File on monthly basisInform Client Services to follow up with clients on outstanding/overdue paymentEmail outstanding billing file to Client Management team and Business (IS) to chase for client’s paymentPrepare and posting of write-off for outstanding bills
