Marketing Self-Service Portal, the central nervous system for our distributor networkEnsure the portal is meticulously organized, consistently up-to-date, and easy for distributors to use for 24/7 access to marketing assetsCreate and distribute the regional distributor newsletter, ensuring partners are informed of new campaign kits, training modules, success stories, and brand guidanceAct as the regional brand steward by reviewing and approving all distributor co-marketing materials to ensure our premium brand identity is represented consistently and professionally3. Brand Event Project ManagementAct as the project lead for Eppendorf's most important regional brand events, including the annual community daysManage all aspects of event execution from conception to post-event analysis, including budget management, venue selection, promotion, on-site logistics, and post-event feedback collectionCoordinate with PMMs on speaker topics and with the Training & Support Specialist on live demonstrations to ensure a flawless and premium event experience4. Performance Tracking & Financial AccountabilityOwn the process for tracking and reporting on the performance of all regional marketing activitiesDevelop and implement tracking mechanisms, such as unique UTM links, to monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and ROICompile and present regular reports on asset downloads, leads generated, and cost-per-conversion to provide actionable insights for strategy optimizationManage and track the regional marketing spend, ensuring all activities are executed within the allocated budget and demonstrating financial accountabilityYour Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertisting or related Life science industry experience
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, managing social media platforms, campaigns, event management, collaboration and branding for an organization
- Proficiency in analyzing relevant marketing metrics for data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, proficiency in AI would be well regarded
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
- Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing workflows to qualify leads and transition them to sales
- Excellent English communciation skills
- High competency in using Microsoft office software programs including CRM
