Location: Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong Reporting to: Managing Director, SEA/HK Role Overview: We seek an experienced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial Service & Delivery Manager to lead software solution delivery for our real estate and construction clients across Southeast Asia and Australia/Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth implementation and localization of ERP, CRM, and AI-driven digital solutions, effectively bridging communication and expectation gaps between local customers and China-based product and development teams. Additionally, the candidate will manage and coordinate development resources to fulfill ongoing localization and customer enhancement requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project & Program Management Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM, and digital/AI software solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. Ensure timely, quality-focused, and cost-effective delivery of projects. 2. Localization & Customer Understanding Accurately interpret and communicate customer requirements, local regulations, finance, tax, and compliance considerations. Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions aligning with local market needs. 3. Stakeholder Management Act as the main interface between local customers and HQ product/development teams in China. Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress clearly, and resolve escalations promptly. 4. Development & Enhancement Coordination Coordinate and manage development resources to implement localization and customer-specific enhancements. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer-driven customization requests. 5. Financial and Cost Management Maintain a keen eye on project budgets and cost efficiencies. Implement and drive cost control strategies without compromising service quality. 6. Leadership & Team Development (SEA) Build and mentor local project delivery teams. Foster a proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented culture. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years (SEA) / 1-3 years (HK) of proven experience in software project delivery, program management, and solution implementation. Extensive experience working with ERP, CRM, or AI/digital products, ideally in the real estate or construction sector. Demonstrated understanding of Southeast Asia and Australia/ Hong Kong's local regulatory, tax, finance, and compliance environments. Proven ability to manage offshore development teams and bridge cultural and communication gaps. Strong project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile).
