The ideal candidate has a strong motivation to take ownership for the successful product implementations.Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Manage effective communication within the stakeholders and support leadership engagement
Coordinate activities and act as a bridge between the product and the stakeholders
You will collect specific requirements and prioritize them for the Digital product teams
Negotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with leadership
Track implementation progress and validate data during test cycles
Ensure prerequisites such as business processes, data availability, and correctness are in place
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-implementation reviews
Monitor compliance with business requirements, interface documentation, and overall implementation progress

RequirementsEducation

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Experience

At least has 5 years of operative experience in either senior project leadership or team leadership role, preferably in IT, Data, Digital Transformation
Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in the agricultural or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Work experience within Digital teams and jobs
Experience in internal or external stakeholder management & project experience

Technical & Professional Knowledge

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Communication and collaboration skills
Conflict management and ownership skills
Experience in Agile principles, values and practices are bonus
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and system landscape
