Solution Success Manager Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry Your new company A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Solution Success Manager (IT Product Delivery) to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally. Your new role Manage effective communication within the stakeholders and support leadership engagement Coordinate activities and act as a bridge between the product and the stakeholders You will collect specific requirements and prioritise them for the Digital product teams. Negotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with leadership Track implementation progress and validate data during test cycles Ensure prerequisites such as business processes, data availability, and correctness are in place Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-implementation reviews Monitor compliance with business requirements, interface documentation, and overall implementation progress What you&aposll need to succeed At least 5 years of operative experience in either senior project leadership or team leadership role, preferably in IT, Data, Digital Transformation Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in the agricultural or related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
