Role Description This is a 12 month contract role for a Talent Sourcing Specialist, located on-site in Petaling Jaya. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Source talent for both tech and non-tech roles across Southeast Asia. Target passive candidates. Use company's internal tools/platforms and external sourcing channels creatively. Perform technical screening alongside recruitment team. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Ideal Candidate Profile: 6 to 10 years of sourcing experience. Previously worked in close partnership with recruiters ("on-ground" experience). Experience with headhunting for hard-to-fill roles . Ability to convert leads recruiters couldn't through alternative sourcing strategies. Strong data-driven mindset and curiosity to ask logical questions during sourcing/screening.
