About the Role We're hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist (TSS) to support our recruiters in hiring for fast-scaling digital and operational teams across Southeast Asia. This is an execution-focused role where you'll own the frontlines of sourcing - identifying, screening, and engaging talent based on clearly defined hiring goals. You'll work closely with our consultants to deliver weekly hiring outputs, maintain data accuracy, and ensure a great candidate experience from first message to offer handover.
