Responsibilities Job Description Sourcing Execution Analyze and validate sourcing requirements from Business Users and Category Managers. Implement category management sourcing strategies, including category-specific actions and supporting target development and delivery of saving targets. Prepare, execute, and analyze biddings and negotiations within CelcomDigi's procurement guidelines. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability. Drive cost savings, negotiate favorable terms, and support long-term value through sourcing strategies. Internal Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Develop shared goals and objectives to strengthen internal collaboration. Work closely with the Category Management team to align with strategy and targets. Collaborate with the Procurement Operations team for continuous improvement in sourcing processes (e.g., IDD, contract cataloguing). Partner with the Contract Management team to draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts. Coordinate with the Tender Committee Secretariat on tender schedules, meeting minutes, and circulation of decks for approval. Stakeholder Collaboration Develop and implement communication strategies to build trust and foster open communication with stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Supplier Relationship Management and Negotiation Identify, develop, and nurture strong partnerships with key suppliers. Collaborate with the SRM team to continuously monitor and improve supplier performance. Compliance and Sustainability Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and procedures. Comply with relevant external regulations. Requirements Your Merits (Must-haves in qualifications, experience, and technical/professional skills) Minimum 3-5 years of sourcing experience for Sourcing Specialist roles. Minimum 5-7 years of sourcing experience for Senior Sourcing Specialist roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP). Proven track record in strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier management. Deep understanding of procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and contract management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a matrix organization and handling ambiguity. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or similar are a plus.
