Treasury (Management) Executive

• Corporate Finance Management: Oversee and manage corporate finance activities, including capital structure planning, funding, and investment strategies to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
• Cash Flow Optimization: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient use of financial resources.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms for loans, credit lines, and other financial instruments.
• Debt Management: Manage the company’s debt portfolio, including issuing new debt, refinancing existing debt, and ensuring compliance with debt covenants.
• Investment Oversight: Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize returns on surplus funds while maintaining appropriate risk levels.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and other market variables.
• Financial Forecasting: Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and financial models to anticipate future liquidity needs and support strategic decision-making.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, after-sales, and accounting, to ensure integrated financial planning and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or a similar role within the automotive retail industry or a related sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP, MACT or MIA) is a plus point.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
