- Handle matters relating to cash management through the analysis of OPUs Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) to ensure that all financial exposures of the OPUs' are identified and mitigated accordingly. Proposal provided on timely manner and meeting OPUs' requirements.
- Prepare fund placements and forecast of OPUs funding needs by analysing the CFF to ensure availability of funds in meeting financial obligations with the right currency at the right time in meeting financial obligations through weekly, monthly and quarterly CFF submission. Also to prepare the necessary transaction documents for fund transfer and negotiate with the banks on rate for fund placement.
- Analyze movement of cashflows to ensure that the variance of CFF and actual are properly justified and perform accounting posting for Treasury transactions to ensure correct allocation, apportionment, adequately accrued and posted to the correct accounting codes.
- Handle overall banking operations including banking services and facilities. Assist on matters relating to banking management including preparation of Board paper and relevant risk assessment on the opening/closing of bank accounts, Trade Finance, unclaimed money, related facilities and perform bank account maintenance due to changes associated with the account, services or authorized persons.
- Review monthly bank reconciliation reports for all bank accounts and investigate all unreconciled transactions to ensure OPUs accounting ledgers reconcile with actual bank balance. Also provide update to management on cash and bank balances through weekly KLCC Group's cash and bank balances report.
- Monitor and update the loan/financing schedules and prepare the necessary documentation for timely loan repayment including facilities annual review. Also to ensure full compliance of the loan/financing as required by the agreement through periodic debt covenant checklist.
- To prepare periodic reports as required by internal and external stakeholders including Bank Negara's International Investment Position Report, PETRONAS Optimal Working Capital Report, Ministry of Housing's HDA Report, Asset Management Performance Account Report for MITI, etc.
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting & related fields. Other degrees can also be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Finance, Accounting & Banking fields.
