- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems specific to processing and production.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budget, and procurement of maintenance supplies and services.
- Coordinate and supervise shutdowns, major repairs, and capital projects.
- Monitor KPIs such as equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance cost per ton.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes for equipment failures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferably within heavy manufacturing industries with experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using engineering design and analysis software.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations within the industry.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
