This role is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to M&E systems, PLC-controlled machinery, utilities, and factory equipment to ensure optimal uptime and safety compliance.Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall maintenance department, including mechanical, electrical, and automation teams.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities.
Troubleshoot, review, and enhance systems involving PLC, HMI, and automation controls.
Coordinate with production and engineering departments to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Oversee maintenance-related CAPEX projects and vendor management.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and statutory regulations.
Monitor spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong hands-on experience with PLC systems, M&E, and automated machinery.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or other industrial compliance standards is an advantage.
