Job Responsibilities Experience in real estate matters, structuring land deals, acquisition and disposal of properties, property joint development, leases and tenancies and all developer-related agreements. Experience in acquisition and project financings, syndicated and bilateral loans. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of corporate contracts, including memorandum of understanding, term sheets, joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements, share sale agreements, subscription agreements, loan agreements, lease agreements, and other commercial agreements. Responsibilities include pre-contract negotiation, drafting and/or reviewing agreements, and following up on fulfilment of all conditions precedent until the transaction is completed. Liaising with external lawyers and providing follow-ups. Ability to balance legal considerations with commercial requirements in all assigned tasks and duties. Job Requirements Bachelor of Laws and admission to the Malaysian Bar. At least 12 years of experience with a reputable law firm. Good command of English, meticulous attention to detail, and good drafting skills.
