The Legal Manager will oversee all legal and compliance matters, providing expert advice to support the company's operations and strategic objectives. This role requires solid knowledge of corporate and commercial law, together with property law, and a proactive approach to managing legal and regulatory risks.

Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external solicitors.
Provide legal advice with a strong foundation in commercial laws, including contracts, company law, property, banking, and finance.
Handle a range of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, share sales, and general investment matters.
Draft and review service provider agreements, assess banking documentation, and advise on property-related transactions, including sales, purchases, and tenancy agreements.
Oversee compliance work, including corporate liability and legal risk management.
Advise on employment and labour laws, as well as general HR-related matters.
Conduct legal and regulatory research to support business operations and decision-making.

Possessed L.L.B and called to the Malaysian Bar.
Minimum 7 years' working experience.
Able to do corporate work.
Good drafting skills and command of the English language.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Team player and good interpersonal skills.
