Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and offer preparation; Build and maintain effective talent pipelines. 2. Employee Relations Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation; Support employee engagement, internal communication, and workplace culture initiatives. 3. Compensation & Attendance Assist with monthly payroll and bonus calculation;Track attendance, leave, and overtime records accurately;Support performance appraisal and salary adjustment processes. 4. Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations;Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
