Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment initiatives, managing compensation and benefits programs, and fostering positive employee relations, while ensuring full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for mid to senior-level roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Maintain and expand candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and internal referrals. 2. Compensation & Benefits Administer and review compensation programs to ensure competitiveness in the market. Provide data-driven recommendations on salary structures, incentive plans, and pay adjustments. Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary payments. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). 3. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner. 4. Compliance and Labor Law Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and advise management on implications of changes. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus in recruitment , compensation , and employee relations . In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR regulatory compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
