Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive / Generalist with 2-3 years' experience to handle the core HR operations of the company. This role complements our current HR Lead, who focuses on recruitment, engagement, L&D and HR strategy. You will take ownership of HR administration, payroll, compliance, HR policies, and maintaining accurate employee documentation. You will also support basic office administration/coordination and act as the go-to person for HR operational matters. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.) Maintain and update employee records, contracts, policies, and HR documentation Handle compliance with labor laws and ensure HR policies are up to date with relevant regulations Support HR policies and SOP creation / documentation Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and insurance administration Assist in general office administration (e.g., office supplies, basic vendor liaison, onboarding logistics) Support audits, HR reporting, HRIS data accuracy Provide first-level guidance to employees on HR procedures and policies Assist with employee relations processes and disciplinary documentation as needed What We&aposre Looking For 2-4 years of experience in HR operations / generalist / payroll role Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements and HR compliance Experience handling payroll (in-house or with vendors is fine) Strong attention to detail and good administrative discipline Ability to build structure and organise processes in a growing company Good communication skills and collaborative working style A plus: some experience in office management / admin coordination Bachelor&aposs / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field Show more Show less
