Tanggungjawab
  • Provide support to players in the gaming industry through chat, email, or calls
  • Assist with account inquiries, in-game issues, technical troubleshooting, and billing questions
  • Engage with gamers to deliver a positive support experience and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical or gameplay issues
