- Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide support to players in the gaming industry through chat, email, or calls
- Assist with account inquiries, in-game issues, technical troubleshooting, and billing questions
- Engage with gamers to deliver a positive support experience and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical or gameplay issues
