- Collaborate with the regional finance team to determine and manage the annual philanthropic budget.
- Evaluate funding requests, make funding decisions, and monitor outcomes from funded organizations.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports on philanthropic contributions and impact.
- Assess and manage external partnerships, community programs, and events to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Represent the company at community events aligned with corporate focus areas.
- Develop and manage a cost-effective corporate volunteer program connecting SCJ employees with volunteer opportunities.
- Partner with the communications team to amplify regional giving through social, digital, press, and internal channels
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
- Experience as a community manager or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proven leadership in community initiatives in at least two of the following areas:
- Social Programs
- Education
- Environment & Sustainability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Full-time position
- The role involves minimal travel-not more than 10%.
