- Own and manage brand presence across community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, trading forums).
- Develop engagement programs and content tailored to different trader segments.
- Facilitate discussions on trading strategies, platform updates, and promotions to keep communities active.
- Moderate communities ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
- Collaborate with CRM and performance marketing teams to design nurture sequences and promotional flows for lead-to-deposit conversion.
- Manage onboarding experiences in community spaces (welcome series, walkthroughs, live FAQs).
- Run mini-campaigns to encourage key user actions (KYC, first deposit, first trade).
- Launch educational content, platform guides, trading insights, and updates within community channels.
- Partner with influencers and active traders to support peer-led education and brand advocacy.
- Support trading promotions and competitions by driving sign-ups and engagement.
- Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Collect user feedback to inform product, marketing, and support teams.
- Conduct A/B tests on engagement and conversion tactics to optimize performance.
- Work with Growth, Product, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Align community initiatives with product launches and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with affiliates and regional managers to localize messaging.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in community management, digital marketing, or growth roles ideally within trading, fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of trading products such as FX, CFDs, crypto, and indices, as well as client behavior throughout the trading lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate, motivate, and convert users.
- Hands-on experience with community platforms (Telegram, Discord, WeChat), CRM/email tools, and campaign analytics.
- Proven success driving user actions through messaging, events, and personalized funnels.
- Familiarity with regulated marketing practices (e.g., ASIC, FCA, CySEC).
- Multilingual skills relevant to APAC, EMEA, or LATAM markets.
- Experience working with or managing affiliate partners or trading educators.
- Data-savvy with familiarity using analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar to monitor conversion flows.
