• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote an sell products and services
• Actively engage in the market, conducting visits, meetings and interactions with existing and potential new customers, focusing on understanding customer needs and emphasizing the value of products and services
• Responsible for monthly/quaterly forecasting of potential sales volumes and gross margin
• Generate sales and cultivate future business through existing and new customers, targeting end-users and contractors
• Identify sales potential and develop a proactive business plan, aligning with relevant divisional strategies, goals, and priorities
• Drive continuous growth and establish lasting relationships with key customers
• Proactively follow up on quotations, manage opportunities, develop leads and establish contacts with the customer base using CRM tools

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering will be preferred
• Seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record and a proactive mindset, preferably in a related industry.
• Must have the ability to travel extensively throughout Malaysia
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making
• Candidates under the HVAC industry will be preferred, etc. Heat exchanger, Cooling tower and Industrial air conditioning
