Modern Engineering Solutions is expanding a new product line focusing on Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) targeting the Oil & Gas, PetroChemical, Data Centres etc. We are looking for highly motivated, result orientated and independent individual to fill this position. Responsibilities Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilising your product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market . Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth of the company Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale customer support and order fulfilment Call on and build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms Initiate sales process, pre-qualify customers/partners and coach sales through to order Preparation of sales proposals/tenders, estimates and take offs Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid documents Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and above in Engineering (HVAC) preferred, Engineering (Petroluem/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia At least 3 year(s) of working experience in HVAC sales focusing on oil & gas, and petrochemical industry is required for this position. Required Skill(s): MS Office. To possess good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and drawings Knowledge in heating technology will be added advantage Result driven and able to work independently Must possess own transportation Fresh graduate will NOT be considered
