They are looking for Quantity Surveyors to come in (based in PJ HQ) and be part the multiple project teams they have.about the job ...This position offers the opportunity to enhance your Excel proficiency while gaining valuable experience applying it in costing, significantly enriching your resume.
- Hands on experience in taking off quantities in a variety of structures.
- Responsible for preparing and processing progression claims and variation order for both of sub-con and client.
- Responsible for preparing Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation
- In charge of awarding resources inclusive but not limited to sub-contractors, materials and machinery
- Attending meetings with the Management/Consultants/Contractors
- Involved in contract administration/matter
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working along with a young and vibrant QS team.skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Familiarised with Excel conditional formula such as SUMIFS, XLOOKUP
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Building projects is required
