Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contracts Executive

• We have an immediate requirement for a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contracts Executive who will be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying consulting, including but not limited to feasibility studies, cost plans and estimates, preparation of schedules/bills of quantities, procurement and post contract administration.

• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and delivering quantity surveying services from inception to completion on construction projects, in a client facing as well as technical role.
• Ability to use own initiative and to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability and desire to mentor others - manage the day to day operations of staff under your direct supervision.
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility - allocation of team resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in roles directly related to the provision of quantity surveying services in professional consulting QS firm(s) i.e. not contractor/developer firms.
• Must be a registered member (at least PVQS/Graduate level or equivalent) of professional Quantity Surveying bodies such as BQSM, RISM, AIQS, SISV or equivalent.
