Job Responsibility Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database General Admin work. Personal Assistant - To attend to all personal assistant matters including administrative and research support duties in confidential manner. Monitor deliverable and making sure all HOD provide an update timely to the Directors Job Requirements At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates with HR experience are an added advantage. Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office (Word/Excel and PowerPoint) Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/ Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Confident working alongside at all levels with both clients and internal parties. Self-initiated with minimal supervision and excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able exercise good judgement in facilitating client meetings, monitoring reports and providing administrative support. Able to work independently, responsibly, team player. Problem solver & Decision maker.
