Job Responsibility Assist in Incorporation of Sdn. Bhd. (SSM) Assist in formation of Limited Liability Partnership (SSM) Update company statutory record and minutes books Assist in lodgment of financial report Assist in lodgment of Annual Return Assist in conduct company AGM, EGM and Board Meeting Assist in draft resolution for Board of Director and Shareholders Opportunity to participate in providing company structural advisory (fund raising, preference share, venture capital) Participate in advisory of company compliance Assist in Winding Up, strike off of company with registrar. (SSM) Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.MAICSA, LS & MIA will be added advantage. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English other dialects and language are added advantages Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven. Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Computer literate and numerate. Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good attitude and responsible character. Job role: As assistant to Chartered Secretary on preparation and manage the client compliance with Company Act 2016 and other related act.
