Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/partial or full qualification of ICSA equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on the jobs training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Secretarial software would be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
  • Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage.
  • Remuneration will be based on qualifications and relevant working experience.
Job Descriptions:
  • Assist the company secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties and administrative matters.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating of statutory books and records of clients on timely basis to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2016.
  • Assist in incorporation of new companies, preparation of statutory forms, annual return using MBRS tools, MyCoID online platform, resolutions, minutes and other corporate secretarial documents and ensure proper filing system.
  • Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns and forms with SSM and all compliance deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.
  • Ensure prompt response and delivery of assignments to clients.
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure clients’ compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
