Responsibility Review, verify, and reconcile import and export documents. Maintain relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize logistics operations and resolve issues. Support shipment planning and tracking, ensuring timely delivery of finished orders. Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately. Coordinate with relevant departments to manage orders and shipments efficiently. Perform clerical tasks, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the Supply Chain department. Carry out any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well. - 2 years or more proven experience in operation and logistic will be preferred. - Diploma/ STPM/ SPM with relevant experiences may apply. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools - Good knowledge & experience in Incoterms, HS Codes, Bill of Ladings, and Malaysia custom clearance requirements. - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills and ability to work with different levels of people. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication abilities in both English and Mandarin as role will require communication with Mandarin speakers.
