TanggungjawabWe are looking for a hands-on Operation Executive to join our core support team, responsible for solving on-ground F&B issues and supporting overall operations improvement. This role bridges frontline action and management-level tasks like outlet performance monitoring, workflow enhancement and etc. You'll act as a key player in strengthening outlet efficiency, cost control, and service standards.Key Responsibilities:Operations Support (On-Ground / Immediate Response)
  • Handle outlets operational or manpower issues
  • Provide frontline support and supervise smooth store operations
  • Ensure SOPs, hygiene, service quality, QC and customer experience are upheld
  • Work closely with outlet PICs to identify and resolve recurring issues
Operations Management
  • Source and evaluate suppliers for better cost, quality, and reliability
  • Monitor outlet stock levels, wastage control, and suggest process improvements
  • Coordinate with purchasing, HR, and logistics teams for operational needs
  • Assist in developing standard procedures and training materials
  • Track KPIs and collaborate with outlet teams to plan and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Prepare reports and insights based on outlet visits and performance review
  • Undertake any other duties or special assignments as directed by the HOD/Management.
