- Responsible for system functional testing, compatibility testing, UI testing, product documentation testing, etc.
- Prepare test cases and execute tests according to requirement documents and output test reports.
- Coordinate with Developers and Business Analyst to work on bugs raised by business users for smooth SIT and UAT.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholder to understand the business requirements.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Production support and production issue verification if needed.
- Any other job-related tasks or assignments that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any IT related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing focusing on system integration testing
- Understanding of testing requirements, testing methodologies and testing strategies
- Exposure to mobile-base application testing or web-based system testing is an added advantage
- Demonstrate a strong desire for learning and ability to quickly acquire new testing technologies and tools
- Experiences to automation testing tool is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence or Service Now ticketing system
- Good communication and able to work in fast-paced environment
