Conduct desktop research on new categories and merchant leads. Prepare outreach lists and help schedule meetings. Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials for merchants. Assist with internal coordination to support onboarding processes. Track BD activities and maintain CRM/database updates. What We're Looking For University student or recent graduate (any field - business, marketing, or economics preferred but not required). Strong willingness to learn and get hands-on experience. Basic communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to cover local market needs. Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides. Proactive attitude, organized, and able to multitask. Passion for fintech, retail, or e-commerce is a plus. What You'll Gain Exposure to real-world business development processes.
