- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators to increase arrival from the International market.
- Conduct product presentations, and organize FAM trips to educate new agents on overall RWG products and services.
- Representing the company at travel trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to boost brand visibility and cultivate new business leads.
- Monitoring sales performance of Travel Agents and providing plans to develop new agents for specific product/market segments.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and targets.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Sales and/or Marketing
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality industry and/or international marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage)
