Electrical & Instrumentation Planner

Responsible for all parts sourcing under Electrical and Instrumentation department (E&I)
To assist Engineer on Purchase Requisition (PR) preparation and documentation.
To coordinate with site employee and subcontractor documentation / registration arrangements under E&I contract
To keep track of open service order and obtain the customer acceptance upon project completion.
To prepare invoice and submit to customer upon receiving customer acceptance.
Assist team unit in commercial submission of bidding exercise as and when required.
To manage and maintain vendor record / pool and database
To assist immediate supervisor in any other sales and service related function and other duties from time to time as and when required.
Assist team unit in preparing sales report / presentation as and when required.
