You will act as trusted advisors and deliver end-to-end radio/network plans, which are the foundation for our remote reading systems to our customers worldwide. More specifically, you will be: Securing high quality technical advisory and seamless timely execution of radio planning worldwide Prioritizing, reviewing, and realizing radio plans A technical sparring partner for development and sales within RF Network Planning Identifying, driving, and implementing improvement initiatives based on new technologies and systems Conducting field visits at customer's site, if needed You will experience the freedom to take ownership and experience how your planning directly impacts the performance of Kamstrup's metering solutions. In the role, you can expect approximately 15-20 travel days per year. Meet your future team With a reference to our Senior Manager Customer Projects, you will become a part of a growing Global Radio Planning team of experienced Radio Planners working from Malaysia, US, and Denmark. We work cross-functionally in close collaboration with our Sales organization and our Engineering teams to realize the needs for radio plans globally, which are a vital part of enabling our solutions. The team is characterized by professionalism, mutual trust, and the freedom to take initiative and act with responsibility. To succeed in this role, we envision that you : Have 3+ years of practical and theoretical experience in radio planning from a similar role Bring strong communication and coordination skills to cross-functional team Have extensive knowledge about RF technology, Radio Mobile, QGIS, Signal Pro and a foundation of radio theory Consider yourself a structured problem solver with a customer-oriented mindset Hold a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related technical field As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English.
