- Plan, design, and develop network infrastructure to support current and future business needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, capacity planning, and coverage analysis for network expansion.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, ensuring optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to implement network solutions.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, technical specifications, and cost estimates for network projects.
- Ensure network plans align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Support business development and strategic initiatives by providing technical input on network planning.
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in network planning or related roles within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies (e.g., wireless, fiber, IP networks, transmission systems).
- Proficiency in using network planning and simulation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
