- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel, including inter-state journeys for specific roles. Must possess a reliable mode of transportation (car).
- Ability to independently manage key accounts with minimal supervision.
- Product Representation: Effectively understand and represent the company's products and services in the healthcare industry, similar to roles such as Sales Executive, Medical Device Sales Representative, or Territory Sales Manager.
- Office Attendance: Attend the office daily during the probationary period.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current and prospective users, fostering rapport within the medical community.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to the dynamic medical devices industry while establishing connections with existing customers and stakeholders.
- Sales Goals: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through the strategic implementation of sales and marketing methodologies.
