Job Summary: This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead high-volume and specialist hiring campaigns, elevate employer branding, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, balancing volume hiring with strategic talent acquisition. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice. Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals and future workforce needs. Use data insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Mentor and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team. Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. Monitors the development of resourcing channels and maximize the ROI and effectiveness. Requirements: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field. A min. of 8 years' experience in HR functions, preferably involving the full 360 hiring process, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Extensive experience in strategic talent acquisition within the financial services sector or high-volume environments will be considered an added advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams. Decisive leader with data driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
