As an SME Banker in our innovative fintech company, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering tailored financial solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). You will serve as a trusted advisor to SME clients, assessing their needs and offering fintech-enabled financing products that support business growth and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs and business challenges. Originate, assess, and structure SME financing solutions including loans, trade finance, cash management, and digital financing products. Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, risk, compliance) to tailor fintech solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and market demand. Actively promote fintech-enabled SME financing services through digital channels and direct engagement. Monitor SME customer portfolios for risk management, repayment tracking, and customer satisfaction. Provide financial education and advisory services to empower SMEs toward sustainable growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Malaysian financial ecosystem, SME sector trends, and fintech innovations. Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with partners, marketplaces, and platforms to expand SME ecosystems and partner integrations.
