Location : Hiring throughout Malaysia Role: Personal banker Salary: upto RM 6,000 + Commission (Salary will depend on your experience) Permanent position Responsibilities : Retail Banking Product Sales: Provide advisory financial services to customers to achieve monthly targets for retail banking products, including deposits, fee-based services, ASB financing, and credit cards. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and nurture new deposit customers while retaining and driving deposit growth among existing customers, aligning with management-set targets. Market Updates and Advisory: Conduct regular visits to clients and provide updates on fee-based products to support informed financial decisions. Cross-Selling Activities: Actively engage in cross-selling activities to increase product holdings and address customers' financial needs comprehensively. Requirements : Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in sales or marketing. Licensing: Mandatory possession of 'TBE' and 'FIMM' certifications.
