Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and nurture new deposit customers while retaining and driving deposit growth among existing customers, aligning with management-set targets. Market Updates and Advisory: Conduct regular visits to clients and provide updates on fee-based products to support informed financial decisions. Cross-Selling Activities: Actively engage in cross-selling activities to increase product holdings and address customers' financial needs comprehensively. Requirements : Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in sales or marketing. Licensing: Mandatory possession of 'TBE' and 'FIMM' certifications.
