Overview We're looking for 2 dynamic and resilient HR Executives to join our fast-growing, fast-moving team. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and offer management. Organize onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company. HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Prepare and manage HR-related documents including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and compliance records. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team for timely processing. Performance Management & Development Assist in managing performance review cycles and documenting feedback. Support training and development initiatives by identifying needs and organizing relevant programs. Employee Engagement & Relations Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Serve as a confidential point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Support industrial relations activities, including communication with employees and relevant stakeholders to maintain a harmonious work environment. Maintain strong knowledge of labor regulations and best practices to proactively manage ER/IR issues and mitigate potential risks. Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policies. Help communicate and enforce policies and procedures across departments. Undertake any assignments as required by the Board of Directors and Management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role. Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations and HR practices. High personal standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Adaptable and open to growth in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
