Japanese/Korean Digital Marketing & Sales Representatives Remuneration: MYR 8,500 -12,000 (Basic) + Sales Incentive Working hour : Mon - Fri (9:00-18:00) Location: Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities . Proactively contact new and existing customers through phone calls and emails on a daily . basis to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their business . goals. . Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, focusing on . revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. . Acquire new advertisers within the SMB market segment, expanding the customer base. . Offer pre and post-sales support for all products, ensuring customer satisfaction. . Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' experience, promote higher product . adoption, and drive increased spending. . Develop expertise in all Facebook advertising solutions, including Instagram, and . effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. . Analyze market trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients, offering . innovative solutions. . Collaborate with engineering teams by providing valuable product insights and customer . feedback. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. . Proven experience in sales and digital marketing. . B2B online sales experience is essential. . Fluent English language skills (spoken and written). . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. . Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
