NPI Engineer (Mechanical background)

• Communicate and Work close with sale/customer and internal department on new program capability/feasibility studies ,customer requirement as well as DFM and Costing.
• Ensure collaborative cross-functional teamwork to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of the customer programs from RFQ through development, NPI, and ramp to stable production.
• Ensures effective project management interface for customers and suppliers management on critical out sourcing process and end product quality
• Work with engineering ,production and quality to performs technical analysis to identify product and process issues arising during NPI stage and solution provided before go into MP stage.
• Preparing/establish Engineering document such as internal Drawing , PMP , IP , FMEA ,WI and packaging standard
• To host customer visits and attending meeting with customer for program discussion and Q&A
• Weekly basis program status update and report to head of department and BU head.

• At least Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or 3-4 years of related experience in NPI/ Manufacturing/mechanical Engineering/new program management/ sales
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and oversea customer
