Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and wellness, along with exceptional customer service skills. The CSR is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and fostering strong relationships with members and guests of the fitness center. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving complaints, promoting membership sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Handle complaints and resolve issues e iciently to ensure member satisfaction. Promote and sell membership packages, personal training sessions, and fitness programs. Maintain an updated database of members and prospective clients. Provide information on fitness center facilities, classes, and events. Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Conduct follow-ups with new and existing members to ensure engagement and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Monitor cleanliness and functionality of front desk and lounge areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience is an advantage. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience. Proficiency in Microsoft O ice and CRM software. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
