Job Description: Strategic Leadership Support dealers in becoming self-reliant by improving warranty operations Drive warranty cost reduction through strategic initiatives and case analysis Automate departmental processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Strengthen warranty provisioning using data analytics and smart risk management Operational Excellence Oversee accurate and efficient dealer warranty claim verification Manage warranty documentation and failed parts confirmation processes Lead data analysis and prepare executive reports Ensure compliance through regular provision reviews Enhance technical systems and warranty platforms Handle strategic dealer communications What You&aposll Do: Claims Oversight: Lead warranty claims verification processes across dealer network, ensuring accuracy through remote and on-site reviews and failed parts confirmation Dealer Development : Conduct warranty training and provide ongoing support to new and existing dealers, offering guidance and answering their questions Performance Leadership: Plan and execute warranty claim reduction activities using data analytics, with regular progress reporting System Management: Enhance and maintain key business systems including TOWASS, e-Warranty, TLINC, CRSI, and DMS platforms Compliance Management: Conduct quarterly Extended Warranty Program (EWP) reviews to meet audit requirements Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports including Performance Reports, Executive Summaries, Dealer Rankings, and Payment Reports Principal Relations: Work with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC/TDEM) on regional warranty requirements and activities Audit Leadership: Prepare and conduct Toyota principal Warranty Surveys and Warranty Operation Audits Cross-Department Support: Support other divisions including Gazoo Racing, Toyota Skill Contest, Quality Control activities, and company events Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in warranty or similar roles Executive-level experience in warranty management or automotive operations preferred Strong knowledge of vehicle operations and how car components work preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to improve complex processes through creative solutions Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing) Show more Show less
