Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to international shipments. Monitor and track delivery progress to ensure timely and SLA-compliant execution. Handle shipment escalations and follow up with courier providers while keeping consignees informed. Prepare and submit courier claim applications with complete and validated documentation. Provide customs clearance documents to avoid delivery delays. Coordinate and support fulfillment-related deliveries to ensure smooth dispatch operations. Maintain thorough documentation of escalations, resolutions, and courier communications. Prepare courier performance and SLA tracking reports on a regular basis. Participate in quarterly courier review meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with the Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams for seamless operations. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, international shipments, or a similar role. Familiarity with international courier operations and customs documentation is an advantage.
