- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in SME lending, credit operations, or financial services operations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, with an understanding of financial compliance and operational risk.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
- Support daily operations across branches under the Regional Manager's direction.
- Manage the Regional Manager's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing meetings, regional reviews, and training sessions (online or on-site), including agenda preparation and minutes recording.
- Maintain and update regional documentation, reports, memos, and compliance checklists.
- Handle basic admin tasks, including office supply procurement and branch-level requests.
- Track branch performance against key targets (e.g. sales growth, collections, service turnaround time) and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies, SOPs, and initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in service quality and operational excellence across all branches.
- Act as a key link between the Regional Manager and branch teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Manage correspondence, escalate issues, and follow through to resolution.
- Support the Regional Manager in executing regional projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth rollout and follow-up on project milestones.
- Assist in market research or data gathering to support strategic planning by the Regional Manager.
- Ensure all operational activities within the region adhere to financial regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
- Assist in preparing audit materials, compliance checks, and internal reviews.
- Support the Regional Manager in identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions or SOP improvements.
