Job Overview Senior Business Operation Executive serves as a critical bridge between vendor onboarding, commercial operations, and product lifecycle management. The specialist ensures seamless vendor integration, accurate product representation, and efficient operational execution across systems and teams. Key Responsibilities Vendor Onboarding (Pre-boarding to CoE Handover) Support Account Managers in contract follow-ups and pre-vendor setup through the ERP system and other supporting tools. Coordinate with sellers during pre-boarding to ensure readiness for onboarding. Manage vendor setup across systems and ensure data accuracy Liaise with vendors to gather product information and facilitate portal access. Liaise with vendors to resolve missing non-commercial product and asset information. Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to CoE operations, including listing execution. Commercial Operation Coordination Manage and execute end-to-end Purchase Order processes in ERP system, including creation, amendments, returns, and defective stock handling. Manage and execute consignment returns, duty permit creation, and vendor reporting through ERP and supporting tools. Cordinate delivery logistics with Warehouse Operations and ensure smooth stock intake. Liaise with vendors to resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure timely fulfillment. Support Customer Experience by addressing operational inquiries and managing PO-related exceptions. Product Management & Campaign Management Support SKU creation and maintenance, ensuring vendor pricing and product data are accurately reflected across systems. Ensure product listings, categorization, and lifecycle updates align with vendor agreements and enhance user experience. Coordinate website updates for product details, imagery, and stock availability to maintain a seamless customer journey. Support listing team to ensure price changes and promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate setup and timely rollout. Support listing team to ensure product lifecycle activities, including listing new products and delisting discontinued items upon request. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Finance to align promotions with marketing strategies and maintain rebate reporting. Reporting & Data Accuracy Produce regular (daily, weekly, monthly) operational and vendor performance reports to support internal stakeholders and decision-making. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies in product information and promotional setups. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in vendor operations, commercial coordination, or product management Experience in product management, eCommerce operations, or promotion management. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory; Knowledge of D365, Product information management System and Adobe applications is preferable; Soft Skill Requirement Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful and problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;. Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment.
