Technical Support (E-Wallet) Work type: 24/7 rotating shifts (includes nights, weekends & public holidays) Function: L2 Application/Production Support Fintech/E-Wallet Location: Bangsar South About the role Join a fast-paced, high-growth fintech team to keep our e-wallet services running smoothly for millions of users and merchants. You'll own incident/escalation handling, production monitoring, and merchant integration support while partnering closely with SRE, Developers, and Solution Architects. Key responsibilities Manage and resolve escalation tickets from end-users and merchants (technical issues). Monitor production e-wallet services and ensure availability within defined SLAs. Assist Developers and Solution Architects on production queries and fixes. Extract and analyse data from logs and databases for investigations, reporting, and analytics. Support activities across the production environment, including releases and stability work. Provide technical support for merchant onboarding and integration. Collaborate with SRE, Developer, and SA teams to mitigate incidents and prevent recurrence. Work effectively in a global, fast-moving environment; occasional travel as needed. Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation (including midnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays). Perform additional duties as assigned by the company. What you'll bring Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience troubleshooting with logs, DB queries, and support tools (e.g., SQL, Kibana/Splunk). Proven exposure to technical on-call/24x7 environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause skills with persistence to see issues through. Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage. Calm under pressure, disciplined, and able to juggle multiple priorities professionally.
